There is a 50% penalty charge for cancellations 2 weeks to 48 hours before the trip There are no penalties for cancellations done within 50 days, but no later than 2 weeks from the trip There is a 7 % penalty fee for all other cancellations There is a 100% penalty charge for no shows and for cancellation done within 48 hours of scheduled trip When PayPal members receive a refund, the conversion fee is included. Refunds are based on the currency of the original payment. Any loss in conversion rate fees is due to normal market fluctuation. Haxteca.com cannot reimburse for loss due to conversion rate differences. Programs do not include alcoholic beverages, tips, VAT (IVA), or any other expenses not specified in our programs. |

The company provides all the equipment required except the sleeping bags and lamps for the camping trips. *Digital pictures are taken by a photographer, burned to a CD, and made available for a small fee at the end of the activity -Photo Service: Huaxteca.com believes that the best way to enjoy your vacations is when YOU don’t need to worry about small details. This is why we provide you with a Digital Photo Service (at an additional cost), after your activities we will save all your pictures to a CD. If you forget to take the pictures during your vacation, don’t worry, just contact huaxteca.com and we will send you your pictures by any of the postal services available (at an additional cost). If you wish to bring your own camera, please make sure it is water resistant or water proof (please ask our staff before every activity). Restrictions: The activities are not appropriate for people with health problems, severe spine problems, or for pregnant women. The minimum age for Class III rafting is 12. No previous experience required to participate in the activities. |
