This activity is comprised of a combination of swimming and waterfall jumping. The total distance is under a mile and there are a total of 7 waterfalls each with varying dimensions. Join us as we swim and feel the force of gravity as we jump! This is one of the most amazing and fun activity at the Micos natural park. This is a half day activity.

.Rapelling Minas Viejas Waterfall
 
Located in "El Naranjo" County, this waterfall is 150 feet high, the water has the deepest turquoise blue of the Huasteca region and surrounded by exotic flora. Its shape and color, plus the amazing flora will create an amazing frame for a one of a kind picture. This rappel also includes the waterfall jumping in the Micos River.

The highest in the state of San Luis Potosi, measuring 345 feet. It's a spectacular waterfall that is created by the waters of the Gallinas River and falls into the Santa Maria river. This activity is combined with a canoeing activity in the Tampaon River and a visit to the "Cueva del Agua" cave.

Really beautiful 45 foot rappel, falling directly into the completely transparent waters. At this location you will see a beautiful rock formation that the locals call "Puente de Dios". This is a natural formation due to erosion by water and other environmental influences over time. You can join us to explore this magical place using a snorkel to admire the bottom of this natural pool.

.Scuba Diving in Media Luna Lake
Best season: the whole year.
Physical activity: moderate
Total time of the activity: 4 hrs.
Children minimum age: 8 years .
Discover scuba at Media Luna with an experienced PADI instructor who will show you the wonderful underwater World. You will experience the sensation of floating under water, touching underwater petrified trees, and enjoy the great visibility of clean spring waters. The lake is fed by a thermal spring so the water temperature stays at 85° F all year long.

The instructor will take pictures of you in full scuba gear while diving so you can share your experience with your friends and family.

Location: Rio Verde is located 90 km away from Cd. Valles. The business hours for Scuba Diving are from 10pm to 6pm (two trips of 4 hours per day). So, if your Scheduled vacations says that you are scuba diving you must stop by Rio Verde before arriving to Cd. Valles.

*Media Luna lake is 2 hours away from Valles. We do not provide shuttle services.

.Cancellations
There is a 50% penalty charge for cancellations 2 weeks to 48 hours before the trip
There are no penalties for cancellations done within 50 days, but no later than 2 weeks from the trip
There is a 7 % penalty fee for all other cancellations
There is a 100% penalty charge for no shows and for cancellation done within 48 hours of scheduled trip
When PayPal members receive a refund, the conversion fee is included.
Refunds are based on the currency of the original payment. Any loss in conversion rate fees is due to normal market fluctuation. Haxteca.com cannot reimburse for loss due to conversion rate differences.
Programs do not include alcoholic beverages, tips, VAT (IVA), or any other expenses not specified in our programs.
